How was everyone’s Christmas? I got all kinds of treats and cute outfits and an automatic water bowl for my grandma’s house (which you can definitely pick up from Pet-Vet Supply anytime!) But now we are continuing with our getting to know our Pet-Vet Supply employees. This week I went on a walk with Dr. Fruitt, our newest vet at Pet-Vet Animal Clinic and here is what she had to say:
Q: How long have you been with Pet-Vet Supply?
A: 2 years
Q: How many animals do you have at home?
A: I have 4 cats (Fabio, Princess, Batman and Reeses), 2 dogs (Ginger, a mini Poodle and Skittles, a big nutty mix of a dog!) and 16 chickens.
Q: Where did you go to Vet School?
A: U.C. Davis
Q: What is your favorite part of your job? Give us one tip that all pet owners should take to heart.
A: Interacting with client and their pets is the best part of my job. I would love all owners to start heartworm preventative as soon as possible. We have approximately 40-45 heartworm positive dogs every year!
Q: What did you first think when you met me?
A: That you were one stylin’ puppy!
Well Dr. Fruitt, you are too kind! I do try very hard to keep my style up to date with all the cool new outfits from Pet-Vet! Dr. Fruitt is an amazing vet that everyone should come in and meet. She works very hard to make sure your animals get the best care possible! Pet-Vet is very lucky to have her! Hope everyone has a Happy New Year!
There are no upcoming events.
I for one can say the Dr. Kim is one of the best vets i have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She has taken care of not only my pets, but my sisters, mothers, and grandparents.
